Tomato Sauce - A New Way To Cook

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 1/2 pounds roma tomatoes
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 3/4 cup onions chopped fine
  • 1 clove garlic chopped fine
  • 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • S&P
METHOD:
  1. Blanche and slip skins, seed and chop.
  2. Cook onions until soft but not brown.
  3. Add garlic and cook 2 minutes more. 
  4. Add tomatoes, S&P and sugar. Simmer for 10 minutes.
