Soy Ginger Marinade
INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/ 1/2 teaspoons ginger, grated
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
1 cup water
1 tablespoon mirin
METHOD:
Mix thoroughly.
Cover until needed.
