- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoonss rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon chicken broth or water
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons chili oil
METHOD:
- Combine. Add near end of cooking stir until thickened slightly.
- Serve with chicken.
