Parsley-Basil Pesto - Trattoria p57












INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 small bunch fresh basil
  • 1 small bunch fresh parsley
  • 2 oz nuts
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 oz Parmesan
  • 1/3 cup oil
METHOD:
  1. Mix thoroughly.
  2. Cover until needed.
