- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red peppers
- 1/4 cup roasted peppers
- 1/2 cup mozzarella
- 1/4 cup Parmesan
- Fresh basil
- Ground almonds to garnish
- Tortellini
- Saute garlic 2 minutes. Add tomatoes and pepper. Cook 3-4 minutes.
- Add cream. Simmer for 8-10 minutes
- Add cheeses
- Toss with fresh basil
- Sprinkle with almonds
- Cover until needed.
