Pesto - Fresh Pasta Cookbook - p57
INGREDIENTS:
(One half batch)
3 oz Parmesan cheese
2 oz pine nuts
2 cloves garlic
1 cup basil
3/4 cup olive oil
S&P
METHOD:
Pulse Parmesan, garlic and pine nuts. Add basil and process.
Drizzle olive oil, process till smooth.
Add remaining oil slowly.
Store in sealed glass jars.
