- 1/4 cup shallots
- 1 tablespoon garlic
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 28 oz cans Roma tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- S and P
- Pinch crushed red pepper
- Saute onion and garlic. Add remaining ingredients and 1/2 cup water.
- Cook on high 30 minutes?
- Simmer 30 minutes.
There were a few necessary substitutions. Also instead of boiling down, left out the water and simmered on medium full hour.
