INGREDIENTS:
- 2 garlic cloves, roughly chopped
- 3 cups basil
- 2 Tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup pine nuts
METHOD:
- Put the garlic, basil, cheese, olive oil, in a food processor and pulse for 10 seconds to combine. Scrape down the sides of the bowl, then pulse again. Add pine nuts. Pulse. Leave coarse.
- Will last a month chilled. I year in freezer
Keep ingredients coarse. Calls for small amount of cheese. Freezes better and easier to adjust cheese when serving.
