Japanese Ginger Dressing

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 tbsp sesame seed (roasted lightly)
  • 1/4 cup onion (chopped roughly)
  • 2 tbsps ginger (chopped roughly)
  • 1 12 tbsps white miso
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup rice vinegar
  • 3 1/2 tsps sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsps salt
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • pepper
METHOD:
  1. Mix thoroughly.
  2. Cover until needed.
