INGREDIENTS:
- 1 handful cilantro (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon mint (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon chili sauce
- 1 lime (juice and zest)
METHOD:
- Mix the peanut butter, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, chili sauce and lime juice and zest in a small bowl.
- Mix salad (4 romaine, 2 nappa 2 chicken, 1 grapes, 1/2 green onions, almonds and ramen noodles) with dressing.
- Top with mint and cilantro.
