Asian Ramen Salad




From Closet Cooking

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 handful cilantro (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon mint (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili sauce
  • 1 lime (juice and zest)

METHOD:
  1. Mix the peanut butter, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, chili sauce and lime juice and zest in a small bowl.
  2. Mix salad (4 romaine, 2 nappa 2 chicken, 1 grapes, 1/2 green onions, almonds and ramen noodles)  with dressing.
  3. Top with mint and cilantro.
