Avocado-Tomatillo Salsa

Makes about 1 1/2 cups


     12 oz     Tomatillos, stewed
       1 T       Lime juice
       1          Garlic clove, roughly chopped
    1-2          Serrano chiles, roughly chopped
    1/2          Avocado, roughly chopped
                   Salt
  1. Place all of the ingredients into the bowl of a food processor and process until the components are well-incorporated into a smooth sauce, about 30-40 seconds.
